My contributions to the project: Collaborated on the design concept, client presentations, schematic design, design development; lighting selection, finishes, equipment and 3D rendering, construction documents, and construction administration. Coordinated different trades, such as, MEP engineering, client and internal design and furniture team.
Design Concept: Inspired by the book "Culture Code" by Daniel Coyle and the company's values we came up with the concept of a Bee Hive which is a system that requires collaboration, efficiency, flexibility and security.
