Designed areas: Call center, break room, training room and office area. 2nd Phase was to convert the existing call center into a Tech Ops building with a warehouse.
My contributions to the project: Phase 1- Collaborated on the design concept, client presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. Coordinated different trades, such as, MEP engineering, client and internal design team.
Phase 2- Space planning, construction drawings, coordination with client and engineers.
